First Student Inc., ODPS Reach Settlement Agreement on Miami Valley Violations
Cincinnati-based First Student, Inc. has agreed to pay a $50,000 fine and to remain under a probationary period through Sept. 30, 2010 under the terms of a settlement agreement resulting from violations discovered at the pupil transportation carrier’s Miami Valley location in southwest Ohio.
